Danielle Ross is a senior art education major at Miami University. She lives in Eaton, Ohio and commutes from there to Miami University. Miss Ross is a huge fan of chocolate, traveling, and doing arts and crafts (like crocheting). After she graduates in May, she hopes to teach art! |
Jane Spooner, teacher

Jane Spooner is a junior art education major with a minor in art history at Miami University. She is from Cincinnati, Ohio and has lived there her whole life. Miss Spooner is a huge fan of the color orange, bagels, books, puppies and kittens (she has 2 dogs and a cat of her own). After school, she hopes to teach elementary art! |
Megan Taylor, graduate assistant |
Megan Taylor is a Graduate painting student at Miami University. She graduated from Herron School of Art and Design in May of this year with a BFA in painting. Megan is originally from Northwest Indiana and is currently living in Oxford. She loves kids and has a two-year old daughter named Ella. After finishing her MFA, Megan plans to teach art at the college level as well as in the community. |
Dr. Stephanie Danker, director |
Dr. Stephanie Danker is an Assistant Professor of Art Education at Miami University. This is her first semester directing Saturday Art at MU, but she worked with Saturday Art at University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign as a graduate student and loved it! Dr. Danker is originally from Virginia and taught middle school art for six years in Fairfax County Public Schools. She directed the Summer Arts Academy in Conway, South Carolina for two years, a residential visual art program for middle and high school students, at Coastal Carolina University. |
